Should Valve crack down on Conscientious Objectors that violate the Subscriber Agreement?

The Steam Online Conduct forbids the uploading of "files that contain images, photographs[...] protected by intellectual property laws" and forbids users from "Violat[ing] any applicable laws or regulations". Should Valve work on clearing every single Conscientious Objector (and anything else the Decal Tool can be used on) isn't either made by the owner or is a publically available work without copyright?

Now, as far as really really horrible ♥♥♥♥ I can agree with. Like ♥♥♥♥ you know is wrong, hateful, racist, death, etc. ♥♥♥♥ that 1000% shouldn't be on the game. I can agree with.

Most signs I've seen have porn on them, anime, hentai, other types, etc. Those I don't see a problem with because if you don't want to see them just "Disable Sprays" which in turn disables signs too. Not to mention, I've seen signs and sprays like that from the dawn of time and the day I started playing TF2. You also really have to stop and look at signs in order to really see them anyways.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that I'd say more than half of the entire TF2 community has or has had a "lewd" sign in their inventory. Is there anything wrong with that, not really and there really shouldn't be. At the end of the day, if you're worried about it.. just disable sprays and signs.. it's simple.

@Homewrecker, it's very, very easy to just disable sprays and signs if you're THAT worried about porn signs. Not to mention, they're really not that noticeable unless you're looking right at them.

Yes you can. I've had it disabled before, I had to find out how to re-enable sign images. You can 100% disable sign images. I can do it right now as we speak, then restart the game. Won't see my own sign images or anyone elses. It was in an update I believe earlier this year where they put the option or changed something about it.

What qualifies as a "sign weirdo" now I'm curious?
