How do you get the Archmedes shoulder pal thing and Medimedes hat?

I'm thinking of maining medic and i want to know how to get these hats cause i really like them

i looked on the tf2 wiki and apparently you had to buy an (expired) plushie to get the archimedes, so i guess you have to buy it from somewhere else

same with the medimedes
