Hi person as you can see from the title whato would the team we play as had a sickness?
Heavy for example would have diabetes
Scout would have ADHD
Sniper would have a piss infection or something
I know it's a stupid idea but it's a weird thought I had

Scout would definitely have some sort of cancer/mutation considering Bonk!, his favorite drink (alongside Crit Cola) is literally called 'atomic' on the label.

Soldier very obviously has PTSD, from him banging his head with a shovel to screaming commands at his teammates like they're lesser-ranking soldiers. He's also not that smart, however this may be caused by his PTSD.

Pyro pretty obviously has schizophrenia and pyromania, but these both are caused by him wearing the Pyrovision goggles, so if he took them off he'd get a pass.

Demoman has an addiction to alcohol and most likely his liver has failed since he drinks so much that his melee is literally an empty extra-large bottle of alcohol.

Heavy has some sort of diabetes, since he's so large and considering how he eats everything from sandwiches to chocolate bars to bananas regularly in battle.

Engineer has no obvious mental issues, however he might have an alcohol addiction since he drinks beer in his 'Meet the Engineer' video and the Rancho Relaxo taunt.

Medic is pretty obviously a psychopath, sociopath, and overall is pretty insane. It's very obvious that he not only hates his team at times but that he also enjoys preforming operations and causing pain.

Sniper, with how quickly he can produce a Jarate, definitely has urinary tract infection of some sort. He's also kinda anti-social but not really noticeably.

Spy has lung cancer or some sort of cancer since he smokes so often he has to stash cigarettes in his disguise kit and even has a taunt where he throws out his old cigarette and lights a new one.

Pauling and the administrator are part of the team in the comics so what illness could they have. Pauling probably has a stress disorder.
