Mic too quiet only in TF2.

Mic works perfectly in CS:GO, Discord, Skype, and Adobe Premiere for voiceovers. The Windows settings configuration for the microphone is at 100%. I have a Blue Snowball Black Ice microphone which is plug-and-play, and is sensitive enough to be used about 1 foot away.

Voice chatting in TF2 and only TF2 is very quiet to the point where nobody hears me unless I unneccessarily raise my voice; yelling essentially. I can't move my mic closer to me due to my desk configuration.
