Blizzardy Storm or Stormy Storm?
Both are second-gen and pretty decent effects in my opinion. But which is better?

Depends on what hat, but as an effect blizzard looks nicer and is easier to notice.

i have a blizzardy storms tough guy's toque

and a stormy storm industrial festivizer

because of the obvious

and the irony of a rainy christmas, plus the rancho relaxo umbrella
