What is command to turn on and off minimode?

I wanna bind key to turn on and off minimode for weapons, but I can not find it. I tried this command: bind l "tf_use_min_viewmodels 0 1", but that did not work. Please, help me.

In advanced option there should be an option for minmode

That would force me to use 2 buttons and I wanted to bind button to toggle it on and off.
