It's a tossup between solider and pyro. I'd say soldier, since pyro is at least lucid enough to be a functioning member of society. Soldier is just... wacky ran-dumb "i has a bucket" crazy.

he isn't a functioning member. he treats flames like rainbows. and he thinks that his enemies are babies being covered in rainbows when they're adults and being consumed by fire. he thinks his axe is a lollipop.

i can say soldier is very insane but having a small tint of sanity. A SMALL TINT

Pyro managed to boost a company named Frontier Engineering as it's CEO.

Pyro was also the CEO of a major corporation. That would require one to be fairly "Sane" to get to such in a company.

Soldier is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy, seeing as he managed to get Merasmus evicted from his castle, fights naked while covered in honey, so on so forth...

You were speaking of general sanity. Pyro is kind of bad, but still a mile ahead from Soldier.

Soldier. Pyro has at least the right amount of sanity to run a company. Soldier loads 4 rockets into an empty tube and fires them.

Medic could actually be one of the most sane mercenaries. falling behind engineer and falling above Scout. heavy and falling way behind spy. who i think is the most sane mercenary in the group
