Reduce flamethrower particles (with console commands)
When using the flamethrower on the wall the animation happens an error and the fire disappears, it is something that I like

There is some way to deactivate the fire (both in myself and in the other players) that occupies the whole screen, preventing Airblast from doing to the soldier, or playing with an enemy Pyro to shoot him correctly with the shotgun because it lets you see well by the fire

(I do not want to deactivate the model of my weapon in myself, only the fire particles)

Are you trying to disable fire particles?

Don’t think it’s possible. Just equip rainblower if it bothers you that much.

I speak when I try to kill a Pyro, it is a matter of luck that I aim, as I have a wall of fire blocking my vision

If you can not do anything ok, thanks
I never really understood this complaint. I never had any difficult seeing targets through flames even when there were multiple pyro's about.

What settings do you have that make them turn fire like this?

None in particular, just the graphics at minimum and the configuration of Chris, maybe it's a matter of skill and I have to practice more

It is intended, the flamethrower suppose to be blind and disoriented so pyro can finish you easily

To add to the Pyro's short range lethality, we made the Flamethrower effects visually noisy, which helps disorient opponents long enough for the flames to finish them off

That's stupid. I main Pyro and I can't see the projectiles coming at me, which leads me to die a lot more than i should. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game design is not a mechanic that should be kept.

Ive played pyro for almost 10 years now, and I have no issue seeing projectiles outside of stickies. Get your eyes checked.
