The creators of TF2 are geniuses. You think you'd give bombs to a cautious, professional and skilled warrior who knows how to handle them with trust. Screw that, let's just give those dangerous explosives to a drunk dude with no depth perception.

I'm not a Demo main, but as a medic main I look for literally only one thing in my Demos: the Sticky Bomb Launcher (and maybe also the Quickie Bomb Launcher). Don't get me wrong, good pipe aim is important, but the Sticky Bomb Launcher is just more reliable, even in the highest levels of competitive. If I see a Demo without Stickies, I consider them only slightly better pockets than a Huntsman Sniper, which memes aside is not very much. I'd rather go for a Soldier or Heavy pocket at that point.
