To answer your question, just get the Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere free trial and change the trial serial number when it expires. Boom, free Adobe products.

Adobe Premiere Pro is what most TF2-related YouTubers use. I think it's pay-per-month/year, though? Not sure.
There's one that works similar to Windows Movie Maker but is much better. Only problem is the free non-commercial home version gives you limited options and will ask you constantly to prove its not for commercial. No watermark, though. I can't remember the name of it though.
