Comp has those gone, but since I assume you aren't interested in comp, maybe try typing in "No random crits" into the server search bar.

The only ones I ever found are 24/7 2Fort (win conditions removed) and Arena. So I just stoped looking myself.

Unless the server owners updated the tags or valve finally updated the search tags system it comes up empty.
