Why can't we get a Strange Sharp dresser?

It's been so long since the sharp dresser was released and we STILL don't have a strangifier for it to count kills (or other stats if you equip strange parts which are only equipable on strange weapons). It's not that hard to just make a strangifier for a weapon lots of people love or at least be able to put a stat clock on it. I'm not sure if the devs ever said anything about why it's not in the game or if they said they wouldn't add anything like that in but it really seems strange that cosmetics and even other reskins like ''shooting star'' and ''awper hand'' (sniper rifle reskins) are allowed to have strange qualities but not this weapon (also the wanga prick that also has no strangifier but I am focusing on the sharp dresser because it is my favorite spy knife)

I would guess creating strangifiers for more weapons would give Valve extra money, but perhaps cosmetics are more lucrative.

Its also the fact that more than likely, there are only specific things permitted within the legal contract between the two companies, which is more than likely a Genuine Version, and a Normal Version

The Widowmaker would have been a better example. Awp came from a Valve title so there isn't any licensing issues.

Legal reasons, the companies gave permission to valve to put weapons based on their ips in the game, but they didn't give valve permision to sell it, most promo items aren't in the workshop and those that are i think gave permision to valve to sell, strangifiers would mean they could be sold on the market, meaning valve would be getting profit from sales which is extremely illegal

I want strangifier for the iron curtain
I want Valve to try to update the orange box. (Maybe add hats, but please fix bugs and add more maps, also don't add in unlocks. I dont want the orange box to be unbalanced like modern tf2)

They have killstreak kits for the sharp dresser and they have no problem selling that
