[ I NEED HELP. ] Thread Starvation.

This has not happened before to my, but in my console it always says this:
( I shortened it so that it wouldn't take too much space. )

[SteamNetworkingSockets] WARNING: SteamNetworkingSockets lock held for 6.9ms. (Performance warning.)
This is usually a symptom of a general performance problem such as thread starvation.
I have no clue how to fix this. I've searched everywhere, discussions, reddit, youtube, etc.
But nothing. Only fixes I've seen is for CS:GO and just to hide it in console. Please, if you have an actual solution tell me. If you don't please do not bother adding to this thread.
There is probably some easy way to fix this but I have no clue how to. Please help.

Its a normal thing that sns says, dont worry its not anything bad, i've had that message everytime i booted tf2 too, relax

Is it also normal that it repeatedly happens while im playing mvm and causes my entire computer to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ die?

Aight I see the issue man. Go into task manager for your pc, make the computer stop running whatever you aren't using. If you don't know what a program is or does, look it up. Another common cause of this is discord running in the background. Even if you closed the tab the program is still running. Use task manager and close it.

Tldr: your computer is doing too much stuff all at the same time. Use task manager, stop running programs you don't use.

I mean it's very helpful, but I can most definitely confirm that is not the issue I'm having, I would understand if i was in a discord call, loading a video or stream and playing at the same time, but it usually happens when im just playing the game alone without any of those. And even when I'm doing all that in other games it doesn't effect the game that much to the point of it crashing to desktop.
