can i get keys for free in tf2?
how can i get keys, i have several cosmic chests that need opening.

U can sell them on market wait about 2 months buy a key and buy some cosmetics or just play the game craft ur weapons into metal and go to be.tf to get some nice hats

Look, There is no way of getting keys for free. You may think it is possible because TF2 is free to play. "Free to play" simply means that you do not have to pay real money in order to have the right to play this game. But, in this world, videogame companies cannot simply survive without money because they need to pay their employees, ect. So, in order to extract money from their free to play games, They add intresting things into the game that can only be accessed for a small fee. One of these intresting things in tf2 is keys for cases and crates. when you unbox a crate or case with a corresponding key, that you paid for, you get a random item from that crate/case's list of items you can get from it. The whole point of this is to encorage players to, in order to obtain an item they desire, is to continue to purchase virtual keys with real money to, after many attempts, obtain this virtual item. This is how Valve makes 90% of it's HUGE PROFITS these days. Not by making games, but by forcing players to buy in some cases HUNDREDS OF KEYS that cost just under £2.00 each.
