2fort round took so long my contract got reset

Seriously... I did all 3 stars on my advanced scout contract, this freaking 2fort match that took nearly 2 hours has reset my contract progress 1,5 hours into the match!
Did anyone else experience such thing?

Because 10 minutes into the match I got lucky and managed to get 3 dominations and 10 kills in a row as scout, and I can't play as him very well, so decided to stick till the end.
Then frendlies appeared=\

3 engineers on each team with a lot of sentries. 2 pyros defending them.
My team? All went frendly. I was the only one trying to cap for more than 50 minutes.
That was hell on Earth:(

I finished that contract. Issue here is not the 2-hpur match itself. The issue is my contract being reset=\

The analogy is:
something bad happened (2fort going friendly after contract 3 starred)
you let it get worse over time (by trying to cap for over 40 minutes)
then you complained how by letting it get worse over time its not your fault.

Ok go change to spy and destroy a 3-sentry nest with 2 pyros and 3 engineers having A LOT of fun defending against me.
I tried different classes, you know. It's cool talking about what could have been done when it's already done.

The longest match I ever had there was probably around an hour and 20 minutes, and that was mostly just me turtling in the intel room.
