What is the height of the mercenaries?

We all know that in the gameplay none of them have a height advantage, and that the engineer is the shortest and the heavy the tallest.

But what is their real size?
Did Valve ever give official answers?
Any estimation?

Height of TF2 Mercs in-game models could be a good start.
