Team Fortress 2
Looking for ways to improve muscle memory with aiming.
Like my previous thread, I didn't want to quit tf2 so I wanted to give it another chance by fighting the source of my issue being my garbage muscle memory with aiming as any class, and please don't just be lazy and say "practice", since that's a very vague way of explaining how to fix my aim.

Play rhythm games, OP.

A free way to do this is flash flash revolution or stepmania.
Or find an old guitar hero set lying around in your basement.

This is the best way to boost your hand-eye reflex coordination.

I also heard about Osu, and I often hear that these games in particular will help with that, but I'm not sure...

I feel like whatever sensitivity you choose, you should probably stick with it, though. Changing it up often won't help develop muscle memory.

Change your name. You still suck because your name says you suck.

I've tested different sensitivities, high is usually too fast and low is usually never fast enough, and I can't seem to find a middle ground.

i'm not saying you should change sensitivity a lot
but starting off with low sensitivity is easier to land shots on whats directly infront of you

but many good players have a higher sensitivity for the advantage of making quick turns

Well there's something to be said for relaxing and not taking everything too seriously. Performance anxiety leads to stress and lowered performance. At least in my experience. :demoticon: #DoesNotHavePerformanceIssues

I haven't played Osu but I would sooner recommend something that is not touch-screen oriented for more accurate timing. I've played those rhythm games on the vita and was not satisfied with them, but whatever works best for you will probably help you.

Speaking of which, I just got a profile message telling me that I really am the worst because he saw me in-game lmao. Sorry for the blogpost.tf though.

Who cares? They're not your supervisor.

Put on some chill music and ignore the world and just click heads.
Also, and I'm honestly not trying to offend anyone, engineer seems to be a class that's purpose built for players with bad aim.
