Well, now this is just the most comedic way i have been hated on XD
In order to kill TF2 valve will need to find a way to prevent players from hosting community servers. Certainly they can kill the official servers, but community ones will still exist -- and could even become better, with decent anti-cheat systems.

Yes but since casual is shut down by valve to never be up again, the TF2 playerbase will slowly start quitting because of rampant degeneracy caused by mods. The same happened with CS 1.6. It used to have more than TF2 but slowly started falling. That is what happens to all games run solely by community servers. And that includes TFC.
