Why can't I see the outlines of teammates?

After respawning there is no outline on my teammates. I can't do anything against it.
I write to the console the glow_outline_effect_enable 1 command and nothing happens
even tf_enable_glows_after_respawn 1 won't work.
I don't use any configs (at least I don't remember downloading one)
My dx level is on 9
It's annoying me

It’s probably the thing in advance options. I think it’s called highlight teammates after respawn

Do you have a custom configuration file for your settings? That happened to me last time I loaded one, had to remove it to make the outlines work again

Back in my day we just shot blindly around corners. If it lived it was only because it was someone on my team. You 'kids' have it so easy these days.

it says 100% good
no problems found

so switch back to 9
