I know that hit-scan is instantaneous, but the point is to use the shots you DO SEE to adjust the accuracy of the next shot.
That's not possible when it's random chance to see them at all.
Cool, but a lot of weapons have first shot accuracy.
I believe Valve removed the option to color the tracers in TF2.
It is enabled already, the problem is, is that the bullet tracers are not always rendered. It is dependent on chance at the firing of your gun.
Yes they are accurate at the first shot, however they have a incline bias, or whatever term I should use, the line of the bullet starts at the right side of the screen much like soldier's rocket. If you're in close range your bullet will often not hit where you want them to go.
It's a discrepancy between your first person view model and the one that others see.
I know there already is a setting to fix the issue of view models, however that is not what I'm trying to do.
I'm trying see where my bullets are actually hitting, and hoping there's a setting that alters the render chance of tracers.
