i already used same system with less powerful gpu and still now i got less fps ..
i tried with low and mid and high , same fps and same problems..
i will try ...
not working .
what u mean , sometime i just want to play tf2/csgo for fun so ..
yeah but .. :( meh
well i started tf2 from nvidea experience , it changed resolution + settings , everything is at high and i have 150-200 fps so its good and i dont have problem anymore :)

Honest answer: Most of Source is rendered from the CPU, having a m-d-grade CPU, but a high-grade GPU means that TF2 will only give you mid-grade CPU performance.
