Setting to disable hats and skins?

This would be a good idea for players who play all stock, default weapon vanila tf2.

It doesn't delete your items but it just stops skins, hats, unusual effects, non-default weapns and non-default taunt from being displayed.

Hats unusuals and skins destory frames. Just en quiping one won't do it

directx 8 disables skins
