How To Get Competitive Rocket Explosion Particle Thing In 2021?

I want to get one of those mods that replace the explosion effect with the sapper removal effect but every mod I've found for it does not work anymore, does anybody know of any working versions that still work to this day and don't screw up my game?

Found the mod on game banana, put it in custom (like it said) and it gave me a error, so I renamed it since it had to do with it being named "scripts" yet then it didn't work, is there any known solutions for this?

did you extract it into your custom? because it should not be a 7-zip or winrar. it should only be a vpk.
