Team Fortress 2
Cant kick bots?
Bot joins a server and it says "you cannot kick this player right now" for as long as hes on the server.

Good one valve, as usual. Jesus this is just so dumb.

Unkickable bot? How the ♥♥♥♥ is that a thing.

Valve would burn stove top mac and cheese if they ever tried to make it.

You must realize the truth...

Players in TF2 have no feet.

Actually the bot in question could have been added by the admin of the server and if thats how they want to play it then accept it or leave.

The time delay for kicking a bot is 2 minutes. That also means they can't join and instantly kick you either. However after 2 minutes its back to open season.

I was in a casual valve server and no body else could kick the bot. Wed been in the session for 5 plus minutes already.

Bots auto-kick other players as soon as possible, so sometimes it's not possible to vote when 5 other bots do the same.
There's no such thing as an "unkickable bot". How do you guys believe that there's even such a thing? What sense does that make? If there was an exploit for bots to be unkickable every single bot would be using it. Why would 99% of the bots not be using that and just be getting kicked on purpose?

Whenever that message appears it has a logical explanation, such as the person trying to kick them being free to play, or a vote happening on the enemy team as you try to call it.

The most likely explanation is that there's a votekick going on on the enemy team, since only one vote is allowed at any time even if you can't see it. If there's a lot of bots frequently votes will be going off nonstop for multiple minutes at a time which could prevent it from being kicked for quite awhile.

I guess thats true, but i tried kicking the bot quite a times across the time it was there and thats just what i did. Maybe im wrong. But we did have a bot we couldnt kick till the game was well and over. It seemed to be there for at least 3-4 minutes and I tried to kick it when i got in.
