How do you sell keys for cash?

I'm not going to sell yet, but for future reference. I wanted to sell on marketplace.tf, but there is no option to sell. Marketplace.tf says that I'm a seller, but whatever.

There is no safe, guaranteed way to sell keys for cash and you have a better chance of getting scammed than actually getting money. You're better off selling them on the SCM or trading them for metal/items

Marketplace probably, but that's only steam cash and you are never going to get more then what you paid for unless you are trading metal for keys and re-selling them on the market for steam cash, which good luck because keys are horribly inflated now.

To convert keys to real cash you first need to sell them on the Steam Community Market and then invest in something that can be sold for cash on websites like CS:GO skins. Just do some cashing out research. It's near impossible to sell TF2 items for real cash now unless you find a real trustworthy buyer that will pay you. This is how things were before trading websites and most traders were honest. I got into trading by buying a few items for real cash over 10 years ago. There are too many scammers now though so I don't recommend trying.
