Cuando quiero crear mi propio server nose en donde ver mi ip

if its a local server its the ip of your host (127.0.0.1 always) if you are in a lan and use windows open the cmd and type ipconfig, ifconfig or just ip a on linux to check your private ips, if its hosted on a third party service it should show the ip somewhere in the config, if its your own server then you can check it in sites like ipleak but if you are asking this kind of basic stuff i doubt you can host a server, no offense
