The [VALVE] Twilight Sparkle sued by valve Debate

So basically everyone who has played tf2 for more then half a year or so has probably heard of [VALVE] Twilight Sparkle. If not then lemme sum it up, a bot hosting, cheating and some even say maybe pedo. Truely one of the worse if not the worse person in this community. Now the debate is, was this just click bate or is he actually banned. Here is a list of the compiled arguements feel free to comment and add on to whichever side you truely belive.

Arguments that the sue/jail time is true:

-It is a actual crime people have faced similar punishments before. He has had multiple warnings and this is not a stretch and is 100% possibile.

-He had it coming to him. And to back this up he got warnings from valve before.

-He was an easy way to make money and support the tf2 game. As we all now valve loves money and he was practically a bundle of sitting cash. He could not debate in court if there was court as he has a massive youtube channel with all of this cheating archived. By sueing him valves makes some small cash, gets to help one of there game and puts an end to an annoying child and his army of cheating bots.

Arguments that the sue/jail time is fake:

-Hes a scumbag and is the type to pull this thing off just for more attention.

-Valve basically abandoned tf2 why would they even care now.

-Imagine a person being sued 130k for cheating on a 13 year old video game.

-No evidence just "dude trust me" and a comment most likely made by his alt saying he did.

-It would act as a way for him to kinda be a ghost and get out of that situation of being looked down upon and shamed for his actions. It would be his excuse to quit, without looking like a quitter/weak person (even though he would probably be congragulated for stopping).

-It is just a way for desperate tf2 player to think bots and cheaters will go away soon and stay hopeful.

Sure fact it's that today i've spot no "Twilight Sparkle" bot, so i do hope valve has come to a solution...

But maybe i was lucky.

I honestly think it's true because months ago valve took down one of the organization that hosted the bots the poohook bots and ♥♥♥♥♥ was also gone. So there might be a possible chance it's true.

Actually no last year he was the one that was DDosing MrSwipez when MrSwipez was live-streaming and he got banned on steam which was good and it’s good he is getting sued because he got exposed recently as a Child Pedo on Discord which is disgusting and horrible for the victim.
