new weapon idea: the cat soldier

in honor of cat soldier, I’ve thought of a secondary weapon for the soldier

the cat soldier is a secondary weapon for the soldier, it’s a banner item which is shaped like a huge metal cage with cats inside it.

charges a rage meter with damage dealt, it takes 480 damage to fully charge the meter.

while the buff is active, for 10 seconds, the user and nearby teammates
-have their movement speed boosted
-have increased jump height
-reload their weapons faster
-heal for 10% of damage they deal.
-has no passive effects
