not the exact date but, between 19-29 october

Scream Fortress probably came early last year because 2020 was a ♥♥♥♥ year for tf2. Also 2st?

1st of October. It was like that last year, so that's what I think will happen this year.

the maps are usually available as soon as October starts since it is in the automated tf2 calendar of events. When the contracts, new maps and cosmetics part happen is anyones guess.

2st is that small mini-day between the 1st and 2nd where all the little skeleton pumpkin people come out and start tearing out people's ribs at around 56 to 45 o' clock

No. And there literally has never been for the previous 12 Halloween updates. If you search “Halloween 2021 release date” and nothing legitimate comes up, no one knows the release date
