Engineer needs a revolver,a lasso,and a whip

I watched kingsman 2 last night,there is this one agent from the american counter part of the kingsman,the statesman,named Agent Whiskey or Jack Daniels from the wiki.

Agent Whiskey is armed with 2 revolvers,a whip,and an electric lasso,he also has a knife but he only used it at the last fight so it doesnt count

When I saw the statesman I immediately thought of engineer from tf2,and I immediately thought that engineer is from texan but he doesnt have a revolver secondary or any cosmetics resembling a lasso not unless you count the yellow wire on his right hip.

If I was to give engineer new weapons it would be a lever action shotgun as his primary,a revolver,a lasso,and a whip

(Primary)Shotgun stats:+15% damage,-25% ammo,flinches enemies on headshot,no random crits -15% fire rate so people cant abuse the flinch mechanic

(Secondary)Revolver-crit on head shot,-15% fire rate
Alt fire-faster shooting but less accurate,no random crits

(Secondary)Lasso-can grab ammo and health packs,on miss:needs to reel back lasso for 2 seconds,can grab enemies for 3 seconds but cannot pull towards,and enemies can still use their weapons but not jump(its more of a support tool to keep enemies from fleeing from your sentry gun or team fire

(Melee)(before you say anything engineer repaired his sentry using a machete)Whip-can crab ammo and health but not as far as the lasso,-15% damage penalty swing speed +20% range of attack is farther then the eyelander,on hit-enemy is marked for death -15% repair rate building rate is still same as stock but hitting is still same as the stock wrench(its more of a tool to make your pybros life easier and since it has a farther range then the eyelander you can destroy sappers that is on your sentry while you are a bit far away.

So what do you guys think? Is it op or it could use a bit of tweeking?

Exactly he only has that,I made this discussion to make engineer more fun other then the mini sentry sub class he doesnt have anything else,he is boring to play like the heavy

What about whips and lasso what games that have those,Red dead redemption and borderlands presequel mishas melee weapon is all that I can think off

Snagging stuff seems like something that would screw with the source engine, flinch stuns really don't need to be added, engineer does not need a zero falloff ambassador knockoff, nor does getting rooted to the ground with a lasso sound fun to play against.
