There's a Premium DLC? I mean, last time I played this wasn't implemented. All I know is I bought it waaaaay back. But gotcha and thanks, I'll contact Steam Support.

I checked that already. It seems to be the problem mentioned in the previous comments, regarding restrictions (which shouldn't apply to me, considering I have the TF2 Premium DLC).
Honestly, I have priorities in the midst of a pandemic and would rather not spend around 20 mil pesos on Steam just so I can write, speak and play in a game I already paid for.
Kinda' pissed off right now. It feels unfair.
