You seem to have interp ratio set to 2 for all the classes, which I believe would put you in the 'white', but they override all the classes with cl_interp values lower than 0.0303. So you probably want to change it to 1 for the projectile classes.
For the cl_interp values, it's best to use 0.015151, 0.030303, 0.045454 etc. as anything slightly off can cause hitbox desync issues. Another reason why it's best to use interp ratio instead.
