Okay, Why the hell does BLU attack and RED defend?

BLU is short for "Builder's League United" and they attack first, and RED is short for "Reliable Excavation and Demolition" Something has got to change here people, literally unplayable

i could say that in casual mode we are playing the same maps over and over because both mann brothers (Redmonn Mann and Blutarch Mann) arent dead

The coal war ends when we are in MVM mode, since we are fighting Grey Mann now...

The ones that are actually dumb are just scout, soldier, and maybe pyro. Everyone else can't be considered dumb at all.

I believe Saxton Hale was the one to say that, and canonically Scout and Soldier have illiteracy issues. Only others ones I could see are Sniper and Demoman (possibly Pyro too, but he was shown reading a newspaper in the 2nd or 3rd comic).

On the older maps, RED's final point is always a cache of explosive barrels (badwater, goldrush) or a missile (steel, dustbowl).

BLU is obviously trying to destroy RED's weapon supply and RED is trying to stop them.

Well to be fair, on most of those maps, RED team is defending some kind important thing like a kind of big ass weapon or something, like missles, giant death lasers and so on, on egypt specifically they are defending a massive treasure trove of gold, and on many other maps they are defending one of their established bases. so you could say that BLU is actively defending themselves by attacking before they are attacked by said missles and death lasers, and are trying to fund their building by taking vast amounts of unlabled wealth?

But the real reason is because red team has lots of missles and gold, i mean how many maps are based around BLU trying to destroy a missle silo that RED has?

The only one i know who CAN read is the heavy, from their id IMAGINE the spy can read seeing as one of his taunts shows him reading a book, and id like to believe the engie can read as well... so past that... i dunno, sniper and/or medic? i mean if its "and" then its litearlly everyone on the left side of the class select screen cant read...

The BLU team is actually doing a strategic counter-attack against RED's evil plans. For instance, if RED wins on frontier, that weird lazer thingy shoots from the hole in ground. On snowycoast, if RED defends that alien ship in ice thingy, they can succesfully dig it out and maybe have then more advanced weapons against BLU or something.

yep, scout, soldier, pyro, and demoman. the rest can. we know sniper can because hes less crazy as he is just trying to get payed

I believe the only ones who can't read are:

- Scout: Because in the latest comic, who had a hard time pronouncing "Submachine Gun".

- Soldier: He drank lead water, and is well you know... Has shown he's not the brightest. (Evident by that one scene in "Expiration Date" where he had a hard time counting on his fingers. And his general well... Craziness.)

- Pyro: He's insane, and probably has no idea what's even going on.

- Demoman: He's drunk, so yeah..


Heavy, Sniper, Spy, Medic, and Engineer are the only ones I believe who can read.
