No sound in this or any other Source games in Archlinux
Hey guys! Has anyone else that uses Linux had any problems with the sound in this and other Source games. I can't get any sound in any sound in Source games. I have no sound in TF2, LFD2, GMod. Anyone have this problem?

Because I like Linux more than Windows and want to support game development on Linux. ♥♥♥♥ Windows (even though I am forced to keep a copy of windows installed on my main gaming machine because Microsoft pays devs to develop for Windows only). But anyway that wasn't any help, thanks for the input anyway I guess?

It's working for me on Ubuntu, and it worked fine on Fedora when I tried it. I've never used Arch so I wouldn't know where to start. I'd say check Pulse Audio to see if the game is even putting out audio, but I'm not sure if Arch uses Pulse or not.

Well, I believe all of the Source games require that you have Pulse installed. Maybe start there? I know Pulse tends to give people issues for more than one reason so I wouldn't assume that an Arch user would have it installed.
