Team Fortress 2
Class specific binds
So I kind of wanted to dedicate the mouse3 so that as certain classes, when I hit it, It will instantly do a bind (example, as medic it will equip to the primary and shoot a crusaders crossbow bolt, scout will thrown mad milk, heavy will drop a sandvich, etc.) and I was wondering what I should put into the config that will do that sort of stuff. Thank you

Please actually help me, don't post something random that doesn't relate to what I'm asking.

You can press your keys...
Why not just press 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 and left/right click?

because comp is a fast moving gamemode, in that 1 second I shot a bolt to someone on the other side of the map I could've pulled an uber, that second that I dropped a sandvich, I could've killed another heavy. Believe it or not, a second is the thing that can make or break a comp match.

Not my fault everything has a delay, the crossbolt takes a full second to fire, sandviches need to do the full animation to be dropped, same with mad milk. Just could someone actually answer my question?

I'm assuming you mean Competitive in-game, since I don't think a ton of Highlander or 6v6 teams would welcome someone with <600 hours.

Don't play Competitive.

So you mean bypass equip time by pressing a button so you can drop a sandvich while your minigun is still up or something. Impossible. And even if it wasn't that would be defined as cheating.

This is a smurf account. I mostly fool around with collecting items and it's my community discussions profile (mostly).

There's using binds to reconfigure things into a way you prefer and then there's using binds to make up for a lack of skill.
This is the latter.

You can see A Woolen Sleevlet's video on his scripts and configs, I think he has what your looking for.

I'm not talking about bypassing. I can't make it so thats possible, I just want a bind that swaps to the sandvich and press m2, and then back to the minigun at the same time when I press k or something. It won't bypass it because it swaps to the sandvich, reving down the minigun. It's not cheating, it just makes life easier.

A Woolen Sleevlet uses basically the same things that op described, and I guarantee he's better than you.

But I guarantee that he could do the same without.
This isn't about being better than me, this about learning timings instead of relying on something to do it for you.

Oh that. Yeah. Bind already exists for that.
