The models are already nonphotorealistic as it is, the textures look like they have paintbrush strokes on them.
To be honest, I agree. The game never was meant to be realistic. But at the same time, why did they remove the cell shading and make it a command that no one would know existed unless they watched that one video from STAR_? It never made sense.
