It's extremely rare, looks nice and everyone freaks out when they see one.

Others have already described it so I'm not gonna bother. It's typical community who overprice pixels for obscene amounts of money. All because of artificial rarity.

The Team Captain's pretty generic imo, I almost never wear my normal variant. Unusual effects paint a nice target on your head, makes it much easier to pick you out at a distance.

It's multi-class, fairly decent looking, rare and has a highly sought-after unusual effect.

Combine the above with people willing to pay exorbitant amounts of money and you get an insanely overpriced bunch of virtual pixels.

Expensive as ♥♥♥♥, incredibly rare and the wet dream of tryhard pub soldiers everywhere. That and the fact that people are willing to pay ridiculous amounts of money just for some virtual effects that get three medics pocketing you.
