I don't think it's the mouse, The mouse worked perfectly the last few years I had it.
The Mouse is Logitech G402, I got it around 2010, I can't really remember the exact year.

1. Push the windows botton + x, select Device Manager
2. Look for “Display Adaptor”, left click once
3. Then Right-click on the graphics card and select update driver.
