"nerf Pyro" or "Remove pyro"?
Oh wow, another pyro post. Sorry
Anyways, which one do you guys prefer? Nerf or remove?
We've all heard people complain about pyro because he's:


OP
Broken
OP
Easy to use
broken airblast
no skill


Now, do you guys want the pyro to be remove or nerf? If nerf, how would you like to nerf it (If you were a dev)

If remove, what do you think will happen to tf2 if pyro is removed?

Cant remove it, that would make valve lose its large some of income from furry pyro mains sinking thousands of dollars to buy pyro stuff. (Theres a reason pyro has the most cosmetics by a long shot)

I just want it so less afterburn is given the less flame particles hit you. My memory might be wrong but I was hit by a few flame particle and I went down to 85 health

thats how it is already, minimum 3 seconds of afterburn. i think you may have been subject to the flame manager making every flame box deal damsge every 0.075 seconds, so saying inside flames can give that illusion of janky afterburn

"bbbbutttt its your fault!!!! you got in the range of the pyro! and it took at LOT of skill for that pyro to get close to you! Ignore the fact that theres an objective and pyro is the 2nd fastest class with the powerjack!!!!"
Pyro needs a buff. Pyro has lowest range, relatively small damage and not that much HP either.
You also need to have quite fast reaction speed on pyro and be able to make quick decisions (pyro is an ambush class). But these discussions are useless, people do not change their opinion on pyro because they haven't played the class and can't use common sense when fighting against pyros.

on that, its 4 per tick at 2 ticks per second, so you'll be taking minimum 24 damage, plus the maximum damage of a flame particle being anywhere from 6-13, you'll be taking 30-37 hp of damage at the very minimum in theory
You remind me that this game's future isn't bright. You think the class with a 250 range limit, something no other class has, the class with no good way to close that gap, the class that even after closing the gap still has literally half the damage of anyone else, is easy to play and needs to be nerfed.
