I don't think u can download tf2 bc u have windows 10 s but if u can download it u should be able to run it, I'll attatch them and they're all the explaining I need to do. I'll also attatch the recommended specs

U should download config files I'll attatch the link for it, just take the files u download and drag it into the custom file in the tf2 folders.
P.s. the specs I got were from valve but some people have done some testing and found some different specs I'll attatch that to.

In the game's menu you can see two gear icons at the bottom along other buttons, click the left gear icon (the one WITHOUT a + sign) and it'll open the options. Now click the "Video" tab then click the "Advanced..." button, change your settings to the lowest ones possible

If you are still lagging then change the resolution (in "Video" option) to a smaller one, for example 1024x768 or 800x600
