My tf2 config is screwed up and I can't fix it.

I messed around with the tf2 configurations using autoexec.cfg and now the game doesn't save my key bind options in-game. I tried to find a downloadable cfg file to replace the one I have now but havent found one. I tried to fix it by using "autoconfig" and putting it in the launch options and I may be doing something wrong because it doesn't work. I need help or i'll have the inconvienience of reseting my key binds every time I start up the game.
