Personally I say default is the best. Its more detailed when compared to other weapons so painted ones make it look... Well less detailed, resulting in it looking bad. If you want a special crossbow I would suggest to get a vintage one. Its cheaper anyhow.

He asked for a skin, so he's not looking for stock. Also, vintage is a quality not a skin...

Yeah but heres the thing. He's asking for what skin looks best on the crossbow, but the fact he doesn't know what skin to get, unable to even limit his choices, suggests he wants it to look cooler to others more than to himself. Well default may not technically be a skin but I still think it looks best, so I say its a valid response. If he wants to agree and go with default, but he doesn't want to use a unique crossbow just so he can have the defaut look, he can always get a vintage or strange (keep forgetting those exists because I don't use them) so he can still have a more personal/special gun.

Edit: If it helps call my option "no skin." If the reason of vote kick can be "no reason" then I can say "no skin" is a skin.
