Budhud "streaming mode"

So, I remember seeing something about a streaming mode for budhud where it doesnt show chat, doesnt show the killfeed, and doesnt let you hear the voice communications. I decided that i wanted to turn it on after i played a game last night when i got 3 myg(t bots and had to hear the high pitched screech they make now. I looked up how to enable it and went through the budhud files myself, and i couldn't find out how to do it. If anyone can help, please lmk

turning off chat/voice has nothing to do with a hud
