how do you unlock the tide turner

Like does it come in a random drop or is it craft only? Also side note:if it's craft only, how do i get ali baba's wee booties?

add me and i'll give you all unlocks you need for a class. I'll give you a little cosmetic set including a hat and a misc, all the unlockable weapons for the class and a strange primary for the class you want. Think of it as a much more cheaper, massive starter pack.

Yes the start pack is pretty massive. Do you know how many unlockable weapons there are for classes like demo, scout and soldier? Not everything has to be about worth lol.
