Wondering here... Talking about style-wise, but not the price.... I mean i kinda like it's flashy nefarious effects it emits no matter the hat you are using...

Meh I'll stick with the terror watt cuz for me it looks better to any hat. Idk why is there any irrational hate over a 3rd gen effected unusual hats... Maybe i like green or its static effect...

It's heckin underrated. I've got a doc's sack with it, and put the static so low it looks like it's coming out of medic's chest.

It's quite glitchy and very common, oversaturation makes things uncool, which is why it's super cheap
That said it was an effect I wanted for ages when I was first looking at getting an unusual, it does look pretty decent. I just much rather Halloween effects myself
