How to change in-game's language but keep voices in English?

I wanna play with all the game interface and weapons names in Spanish, but I still prefer the original English voices. How do I manage to set the text to Spanish and the voices to English?

Change the voices from the droplist ingame, and change the text to Spanish from the game porperties.

I just tried that. Changing the text to Spanish from the game properties changes the in-game voices as well.

in the game files, there are files with the name tf2_sound_vo_(language) etc etc. in the language part, change the name for the english files from english to spanish then it worked for me
