I think i have found out, change any of your keys to the letter party chat is assigned to, or remove one and replace it

Turns out you just have to unbind the key party chat is set to. Mine was set to 7, so I couldn't use any taunts in that slot or say "yes". I unbinded 7 and now I can use them again.

If the same key is bound to something important like changing weapons, then find the console command bind to put it back and you should be good.

Thank you all! I did this:
unbind [key] "say_party"

Ex: unbind 3 "say_party"

for me it was on "4", then after resetting the binds it switched to "p", so not I cant bring up the player list. if anyone knows the comand for the player list that would be great

type bind (new ket to be bound) say_party
then type unbound (key that it is currently bound to)
