Siempre me pregunte porque hace tiempo que no hacen voces españoles para TF2, y siempre que juego oigo demasiado inglés, lo cual no me gusta sabiendo que tendría que estar en español... Alguién sabe por qué no hacen las voces?

I always wondered why they don't make TF2 spanish voices since a long time ago, everytime I play I always hear english, which thing I don't like, since it should be in spanish...Someone knows why they don't make the voices?

You know it's pretty much changed, right, they just didn't translated all the characters quotes, and I wonder why.

A lot of variables that wouldn't be welcomed by just replacing voice actors. Maybe lack of interest, and if I'm not mistaken one or two of them passed away.
At least the spanish voices are not bad, just some Scout lines that I personally find annoying. At least Valve could adjust the volume for Heavy and Sniper.

Spanish only has the basic command based lines and dominations/revenges (I think Engineer doesn't have any voice lines for dominations), the rest is in english.
Calling for a medic while aiming at a medic doesn't even have any voices at all. It only shows the call animation.

Since this IS an English dominated game... and the game having way more severe issues like matchmaking and weapon balance... I doubt you'll be seeing any voice actors anytime soon.

That's very sad, I wonder which two/one passed away, but I think they could have gotten other voice actors to do those classes, and get some back to make them, I just find annoying how they don't care, but well, it's like Valve, they don't fix anything...right? the community has to do that, and by that I mean that I was searching for a mod that gets all voice lines in spanish, with at least similar voice actors, and I hope this can happen...

And it costs money to hire VAs for another language.

I already know that, but the point of this discussion is why they stopped making spanish voices.
