Not reliable, and speculate way too damn much. If there’s no news for TF2, i would very much prefer a video on something else rather than literally just TF2 speculation: the video.

Valve should really make their announcements through their "announcements" on each game's announcemnts section. While VNN might be entertaining, he's not an official source and you'd have to be told he exists to track down his videos.
