New "CAN YOU QUACK" bots

these new bots dont seem to do much but they do use aimbot and they play an anoying song and as always they leave the server before you can kick them and then they rejoin but one of the most anoying things about them is that they seem to keep multiplying

I just had four of them join a game at the same time, and they all leave before they can be kicked and join back. The only way a server can get rid of them, that I've found, is by being full. I've seen them with different names as well all doing the same thing. I have no idea how long it's been going on since I only recently started playing tf2 again, but these bots are appearing so often that I'm about to uninstall it again.

I'm still confused why leaving during a votekick against you isn't an instant ban from the server.
